Safety Precaution Warnings
- Only use this tank to soften water.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not use until after first time rinse has been completed.
- Do not incinerate.
- Make sure tank is standing upright for use.
- Only use table salt to regenerate.
- Do not run or store chemicals in this tank.
- Do not use this product as a tool or hammer.
- Do not exceed operating specifications.
- This tank is not a filter. Do not drink from contaminated or untreated sources.
- Discard tank if cracked or damaged in any way.
- Never remove resin from inside tank unless you are replacing it.
- Although the resin in this tank is not toxic, do not consume it.
- Be careful not to drop the tank while carrying it.
- Drain tank before storing by setting it on its side.
- To sanitize tank: rinse tank with 1/4 cup of bleach after long storage periods.
- Use only silicone lubricant for O-rings.
