FILLING AND HOOK INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Install….twist the test light into the gray light body. Make sure o-ring is seated to prevent leaks. Flat side of the light assembly must run in the direction with the water flow.

Step 2: Install the test light assembly to the outlet side of the ON THE GO™ Portable Water Deionizer (DI) tank. Plug the test light into a standard 110V outlet. (The light will remain on as long as DI water is being produced. Once light goes out, the resin needs to be replaced.)

Step 3: Connect a hose to the outlet side of the test light assembly. (Use the quick connects provided for easy assembly and disassembly. See Optional Connector Hook-up Addendum For Detailed Instructions).

Step 4: WARNING: Connect water supply hose to the DI tank inlet side. (DO NOT HOOK-UP TO OUTLET SIDE, UNIT DAMAGE WILL OCCUR)

Step 5: Turn on the water supply and you are ready to go with a spot-free, DI water rinsing.

Step 6: When the test light goes out, the Portable Water DI tank must be regenerated. You can return unit to ON THE GO™ for resin replacement. Or, you can simply empty the resin from the tank, rinse it out and then replace the resin with new resin purchased from ON THE GO™. You can also find a certified regeneration professional in the Yellow Pages under “Water Treatment.”
